I was always able to speak to someone straight away on the phone, emails were responded to within hours (sometimes minutes!!) and I was kept in the loop at every stage. Was some communication hiccup in my understanding of the vendor’s position (I was not aware for a few weeks that they had found a house or then later that they had their removals booked for a certain day prior to exchange) but ultimately it was a positive issue as the vendors were working to the timelines o had expressed. House completed punctually and their systems were easy to follow.
