Feb 27,2019If you want conveyancers who are efficient and will get the job done, choose these guys. I have never known solicitors like them. Even though they are in Lincoln and we are in Norfolk, this did not matter as everything was done electronically. Andrew and Craig have kept us updated, replied very quickly to any email or phone queries we had (normally within the hour) and have been friendly and helpful, whilst maintaining a professional manner. They also chased up outstanding issues from our sellers on our behalf, and the whole process was completed in less than 2 months. We are very happy with them and the service we received and will be recommending them to others. 👍🏻🎉👍🏻🎉👍🏻

Feb 15,2019Verrry happy with their service. No wonder they are highest rated on TrustPilot.. I was a bit skeptical about going with online service to start but it worked out perfectly. There is always someone available to take my call who is very knowledgeable and has answers to any questions I may have, even though it was not always my main solicitor. Prompt with their responses and getting things done (I exchanged and completed on the same day). No mistakes were made by them; they are competent in what they do and I was very comfortable letting them get on with everything. There was no stress at any step of the way. All of this for a price that is cheaper than what every else quoted me (my friends have recently bought houses and they told me they paid almost double what I did and had delays and issues with their solicitors, unlike me). The only slightly negative comment I have is that the app needs work. Perhaps a more intuitive design and a place where all your documents are stored.

Feb 12,2019We recently completed on our first house and I could not recommend FLS highly enough. We chose them from trust pilot, and even though they are no where near us the process was fast and efficient. Astasia was our main contract right from the start and responded to emails with hours if not minutes and would sort her parts of the conveyancing out within and day and send it back to the vendors solicitors! All their systems and processes are online and via email, very thorough and details and even the app was useful to keep us updated with progress. Well worth the small extra bit of money over our other quotes.
