Jul 20,2018Honestly the best service you could get. Sensible, proportionate and committed service. You feel like they are buying and selling with you as your ‘expert friend’. Our sale and simultaneous purchase was not straightforward (who’s is?) - selling shared ownership and buying a 1890s property. Adam and his team were excellent, personable, and ultimately reliable. They never required us to chase them and they were never ambiguous. Straight human questions and responses. Risks and options were explained it a way that was relatable and allowed us to make informed decisions. They were excellent in the chain and got us through it as quick as they could. Jul 17,2018This year we decided to downsize. My wife and I do a lot of research before choosing solicitors and we're incredibly glad we came across Adam and Fletcher Longstaff. They have been absolutely wonderful. The staff cover for each other and are always quick to deal with our queries. The online tracking system makes it easy to see if they have received the documents we have posted. We made our transaction relatively complicated with delayed completion on the sale and then accelerated exchange on the purchase, all issues their team handled with ease. At the end there were a few snags that needed to be fixed and even those were handled painlessly. Really commendable, I cannot recommend these guys enough. As an aside, if only there was a way to prevent the buyers and sellers on the other side using the under resourced solicitors suggested by the estate agent, then we would all be better off.

Jul 13,2018Having bought and sold a few houses through a traditional solicitor, I thought I would give Fletcher Longstaff a try as I had received a positive recommendation from my Agent. Firstly from my house being placed on the market to selling; and buying another house - the process took just over 9 weeks, and this would have been significantly less if the solicitors acting for the other side on our purchase had been half as proactive as Fletcher Longstaff. I could not fault Astasia and the team at Fletcher Longstaff for their professionalism and ability to "own" the conveyancing process from start to finish - keeping me updated at every stage. I would recommend (and already have to many) Fletcher Longstaff as the most relevant and modern route to a successful and stress free house move when selling or buying. My purchase was not a straight forward transaction - however Astasia and the team made it look easy and saved me hassle and money. Jun 29,2018Sold my property through Purple Bricks and these are the conveyancers they use. I was a little wary at first as they are not based local to myself but I needn't have worried. Everything was dealt with swiftly through email or by phone, only documents requiring signatures were posted. Andrew Yates was very helpful and efficient, contacting me when necessary to resolve queries etc. I would definitely use their services again.
