They were the most competitive quote we received anyway, but they came highly recommended from a friend. At every point during our purchase, they were always "ready first" among all the solicitors in the chain, so we were confident it was never our side holding things up. I always got who I needed on the phone when I called, emails were answered very swiftly (almost immediately), and on a couple of occasions when I popped into the office, I was always greeted warmly and my concerns dealt with that day. Buying your first house will always be daunting, but it was so much easier doing it through FL. They took the hassle out of everything, and reassured us throughout, answering all questions first time buyers may have but feel daft for asking. Recommend unreservedly. Thank you FL.
