I booked a pair of Delta airline tickets from Flight Channel and was happy with the price and process. Then I read some very negative reviews about the company and was concerned that the bad things happened to those reviewers could happen to me too. So I called to cancel my bookings. Anna answered my call and helped me with the matters. She was very professional, patient and took her time to understand my concerns. Once she understood why I insisted to cancel the booking, she immediately started to work her magic and get me the airline confirmation code for my booking. She stayed with me on the phone until I verified my reservation with Delta airline. Anna, thank you very much for your help. I'll definitely use your service again for my future travel.

I booked with FC on Friday and it said they would issue tickets upon credit card verification. By Tuesday there were still no tickets so I called. They said my CC was declined. Apparently there was a mistake in the number. It's possible. Anyone can make a mistake. But it's now Tuesday! Why didn't I hear from them?! They said they tried calling but no one answered. How about a message or an email??!! Ticket prices have now jumped from $525 to $1200! Thanks for NOTHING Flight Channel!!
