Jun 13,2022Should be a minus 5. This is the biggest scam ever. After booking a round trip ticket on Delta it took a week for the charge to clear the credit card. I never received anything from the airline. When I called Flight Channel a week before my flight they said the airline had cancelled it because the price quoted was too low. They said they could refund my payment but hadn't done it yet since I had not called them to request it. Stay away.

Jun 11,2022If I could give a negative star I would. I booked a ticket for my son, who had to get back to work. They never booked his flight, but took my money (credit card charge). They said they would reimburse me for the almost $400 one way ticket I had to buy, but that was 4 months ago and I’m still being given lies.

Company contact and flight information is convenient on the booking sheet. I had to change the departure airport and Tim provided efficient, prompt service to make this happen. Hard to find with businesses today. Thank you Tim and Flights Channel.

Jun 05,2022I was double billed for my flight. I sent required credit card statement showing the double billing on 12 May. As of 3 Jun no action has been taken to correct the double billing. I have called and talked to representatives (4 times) one said it would be completed within 48 hrs, other just said it was working. Reference # 4QAVE6
