Booked online. Got an email with booking details but tickets were never booked. Got a call from an agent trying to ask for more money by either making up story about luggage not included or promotional price ticket etc This is ONE of MANY companies where travel agents are assigned a false western name to attract flight buys at cheap price when the price actually does not exist. They then try to get you on the phone to sell you the ticket at an expensive rate to make money. There are too many of these including Flight Office, Flight Guru, Flight Crew, Cheapnfly, HolidayCart and I am sure many others.

Absolute time waster and frankly dodgy business, booked with them through their website, had an email confirming the booking, 3 days called them, they said they couldn't get me the price with the airline and apologised, that's it? couldn't believe it, they didn't take any money out but I did provide them with my card details and family members info, absolutely disgusting. Will certainly be reporting them. PS: for the customer support bot - my booking ref is FT1008830 To the customer service reply received 05/12, you are saying prices are dynamic, why asking me for my payment card then? why asking me to provide my family details? why not put in black and white 'THAT YOU SHOWING THE PRICES TO BRING IN CUSTOMERS HOPING TO HONOUR YOUR PRICE?' how about 'REMOVE THE PRICE' from your website, its misleading and conniving, its a SCAM

Absolutely shocking and unprofessional service. I purchased a ticket on 24th November and received an email stating it was being processed. However, upon calling their customer service today, I encountered a rude, unhelpful, and utterly unprofessional operator. He claimed they had been trying to contact me, yet I had received no communication—no emails or calls—from their office. He then informed me that my ticket had been cancelled due to an issue with the airline. When I requested email confirmation of the cancellation, he dismissively stated, “There’s no need to send you a confirmation because it’s been cancelled,” and abruptly hung up on me. I called again and spoke to another representative, who initially couldn’t provide a reason for the cancellation. Then, after fumbling through the details, he claimed my payment hadn’t gone through. They have completely wasted my time, and now I am forced to purchase a new ticket for over £1,000—one I could have bought for £600 had they been upfront. This level of service is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend this dodgy company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money—book your ticket elsewhere!

Don't be fooled by the positive and five-star reviews. If you click on the review sender, you will find that they sent it on their behalf. These are real scammers and this is their modus operandi. The best thing to do is to block your credit card as soon as possible and inform the bank to block the transaction.

J’ai trouvé un billet avec un prix très attrayante, J’ai reçu ma confirmation de paiement et l’a réservation. Le lendemain, ils m'ont contacté pour me dire qu’il n’y avait plu de vols à ce prix là. Je leur ai dit que j’ai ma confirmation et le tout es passé, que ce n’est pas ma responsabilité, c’est à eux d’avoir les tarifs à jour. La réponse de la personne (Vous n’avez pas lu notre politique, nous pouvons augmenter les prix…..) Pour commencer, j’ai du répéter pour être servi en French ou en espagnole. La fille ou téléphone voulais que j’accepte sa proposition même si je lui disait que je n’allais rien accepter ,car je ne comprenais pas bien l’anglais. Alors, que j’allais rappeler ds 2h avec une personne qui parlait bien Anglais. Ce que la fille a refusé. Donc je lui ai dit j’ai parlé à quelqu’un en Français ou en espagnol. Finalement, une personne parle en espagnol. Ma solution été tu paies de plus pour ton billet d’avion, tu changes de date de voyage, tu fais des cales, et tu voyages de nuit. Tout le contraire à ce que j’avais acheté. Donc, je leur demande le remboursement de mon argent et ils dissent que je n’ai pas acheté leur assurance pour cela. Donc , on s’entende, tu paies plus pour ton billet ou tu perte ce que tu a déjà paie. la personne au téléphone ZÉRO collaboratif il veut juste qu’on paye encore pour les billets. CETTE COMPAGNIE EST ZÉRO RECOMMANDÉ.

Je n’ai jamais mais JAMAIS vu une compagnie aussi mal intentionnée. Ils te rajoutent des frais qui te disent qu’ils vont rembourser, encore sur la carte de crédit. Lorsque j’ai téléphoné pour un vol, la dame m’a suggérer un autre vol soit disant moins cher, ce qui était faux, mais elle m’a quand même demandé si je voulais le nouveau vol qu’elle venait de m’envoyer. J’ai dit oui, mais ceux si on écrit des noms sur les billets qui n’étaient pas correct. La dame a pris pour acquis les noms alors qu’on nous parlions du vol. J’ai envoyé 3 emails, j’ai fini par entrer en contact avec leur superviseur Vince. Service de MARDE. Il se déresponsabilise complètement de l’erreur de son employé Kathia. Me menace qu’il a la preuve que j’ai approuvé, alors que j’avais approuver le vol. Je ne savais même pas que les noms était sur le email envoyé. Lorsque j’ai tenter de rejoindre la compagnie aérienne, aucune possibilité de les contacter sauf sur watsapp, et sa ne fonctionne pas du tout . Donc j’ai 1 billet d’avion avec le bon nom et celui de mon enfant n’est pas le bon. On me demande d’acheter un autre billet d’avion pour lui. 1200 dollars de plus car ils ne veulent pas changer le nom de famille. Je les ai contacter sans délais. Aucun respect de la loi du consommateur . NE FAITE JAMAIS AFFAIRE AVEC EUX. Perte de temps et perte d’argent!!!!

Idiot service!! Added mr at the end of my name in the ticket!!! I can't travel now. Never use it again!!!!! Support sucks and claim it is my problem while all tickets from other agency are fine. Thank you for your reply Few things…I called three time as soon as I got email,custom service response ,person dealing with your booking will call you. As I understand from your response Online price and booking is just informative and it does book or generate e ticket even though you take credit card detail Your luggage included is only hand baggage Your advisers than calls and tells me flight booked is no longer available and need to book different flight at higher price,or cancel it and pay cancellation fees.FYI flight still available and I book with other website including seat reserved at lower price than yours. Should offer refund of cancellation fee and change your web site so other don’t get awful experience I had. Hopefully others take note of my review as you don’t want all this hassle and agro Very Bad experience with this company and would not recommend it,I booked my flight online showing luggage included so I booked gave credit card detail accept T&C assuming flight booked, but email did not confirm it.Their representative called saying no baggage included ( only hand luggage)if you want to include bagged you need to book another flight as flight you booked no longer available.cost of new booking £450+ to cancel pay £55 per traveller
