Jun 20,2024I booked a return ticket from London to Jakarta with this company for £400 and was waiting for the tickets to arrive in my email. Instead, I received a call from an agent who informed me that checked bags were not included. If I wanted to check a bag, it would cost an additional £175 each way. I told him I was fine with just a carry-on and didn't need to check a bag. He didn't seem pleased with my answer but said he would issue the tickets. I waited and waited, but the email with the tickets never arrived. I contacted customer support through chat and spoke with Mary, who told me that Ben would call me. After some time, Ben called and claimed there was a problem with my bank and the payment didn't go through. Now, if I wanted the same tickets, the price had gone up to £570. This company is a scam. They try to get you to pay extra, and if you don't agree, they make excuses and cancel your tickets.

Comme quoi il n’y a pas de vol retour et faut payer le double du billets. À peine j’ai réservé mon billet ils m’ont appeler j’ai couper court la conversation parce que j’ai trouver ça très étrange de recevoir un appel suite à une réservation de billet d’avion Et les bons commentaire que vous voyez sur le site sont des faux avis

Tu réserves le billet, le lendemain tu reçois un appel d'un agent qui parle anglais..te declarant qu'il n'y a plus de place en classe économique, alors, il faut changer pour première classe ou avec escale, mais, il faut payer le double..sinon on te rembourse pas et ton billet que tu avais acheté n'est pas valable. Donc..ATTENTION À CES TERRORISTES DE L'ARNAQUE ET DE L'ESCROQUERIE

May 18,2024Firstly I would like to say that I hate leaving bad reviews and don't do this often. Booked tickets late at night and read the trust pilot reviews before but thought I would give it a chance as there were still quite a few good reviews. Had the same experience as most of the one star reviews. Received a call to say that the taxes had gone up as I booked later in the evening and was an extra £600. I asked them to cancel the request. There was no argument or saying that I needed to pay anything additional and left it at that so just need to see if I actually get charged now but nothing has come out so far. I would probably just avoid these people to save yourself the hassle of having to look again unless you don't mind the fact that you will probably have to pay more.
