Sep 25,2024Scam company, they take your money before confirming the flight. Then they try and charge you £300 per person on top for taxes. If you then want to cancel they charge a cancellation fee for cancelling their misrepresentation. Their reply below is a standard reply. I have spoken to this company several times and each time they have no problem locating my reference number. It just goes to show what type of company this is!
