Was originally shipped the incorrect (someone else's) mat. Brought it to their attention, a reorder was put in immediately, but no rush to correct the mistake. The redo took as long as the original order. No offer to compensate me for the mix-up, delay or inconvenience. The only communication I received was 1. confirmation of my original approval, 2. acknowledgment of the error and that one would be reordered ASAP. That's it. Still took weeks to get the redo order. No sense or urgency to make the customer happy or informed. The final product was correct.
