Apr 13,2022I found it difficult to get a clear understanding of the options and art guidelines for each option. Late in this process i was informed that the mat I had selected had a 6 week lead time which was too long for my customer, so I chose a different mat with a reported 2 week lead time. This new mat had different requirements for the art so we had to go through a few more iterations on. The proof. Then we placed the order, delivery was a week later than expected and during this time I was unable to get status of how long of a delay was expected. I had no info to share with the customer. In a nut shell, poor communication and late delivery.

Apr 11,2022I had a great experience with FloorMatShop. The customer service is unusually strong. I made an order and they contacted me to give me an opportunity to get a higher-quality mat through a different supplier for only a few dollars more. Liz at Customer service also worked with me on several different color and size iterations of the mat until we found one that worked well. The mat now greets visitors in the entryway of our business. It looks great. Very well made and professional looking. Highly satisfied!
