Feb 21,2022Very easy to order the mat I needed Update : 3/7/22 as of this date I have not received the item I ordered. Dropping 5 stars to 1 Original order placed 2/21/22 Update 3/7/22 spoke to Melissa in customer service, was advised do to machine breakdowns, it would be another 5 business days to ship. Raising 1 star to 3. Will raise 3 to 5 stars when I receive merchandise. Update : 3/11/22 received the item and my wife is very happy with the quality of the mat. I would buy from this company again in the further.
