Jul 20,2023I signed up for a six month subscription at a price they quoted me. I made three months’ of payments and received three months’ of flowers, then they sent me a message that told me they were raising the rate for the remainder of my subscription. I technically had the option to cancel the rest of the shipments, but I had already given my wife the present of a six month flower subscription, so cancelling would have taken half of the already-promised present away. This company should never have sold a six month subscription of flower deliveries if they weren’t going to honor the price they promised at the outset. Very unscrupulous business practice.
