Dec 25,2023Honestly, I manage and advise brands how to grow - so I know that Flower Station is just 'insane' in terms of quality and service. I will be using them very soon as a case study to explain how they go above and beyond an 'industry' standard :) But I also know, brands are often little without the people behind them - so thank you amazing Flower Station staff, very impressed. Dec 23,2023I ordered flowers as birthday gift same day delivery. I was sent an email to confirm order. Today when I tried to track if it was delivered the tracking was no longer valid. I called customer service (the 1 star is for the very courteous customer service person). I was told that it had been put on hold ( to be fair I did see this on the tracking note yesterday but assumed this was temporary) and in fact could not be delivered due to capacity. I really should have been explicitly told that the same day delivery could not be made as I could/would have made alternative arrangements. A birthday bouquet days later really loses the point… A very disappointing experience despite the promise of a refund!

Dec 23,2023The birthday arrangement was supposed to have many red roses among other flowers in a Christmas green mix. Got an email the day of delivery saying the had none and would increase the size and substitute other flowers. It got delivered in the day but had few flowers

Dec 22,2023The company service is totally unreliable and misleading and they are extremely slow and systemically reluctant to provide refunds once they, as usual, mishandle your order with their broken system and misleadung website. Flower Station has truly lovely helpdesk staff so a big thank you to them for being friendly and doing their level best given the mess that Flower Sation will create for you. I ordered a Christmas tree for delivery within London to my London TW3 adddress. They accepted the order and they suddenly and silently switched the order to on hold. With the help of the helpdesk, i was eventually able to cancel the order and prevent the £90 tree from rotting in their storage if it even existed in the first place. Now however i will have wait at leats 7 working days if their attempt to possibly refund my order has succeeded. Utterly unprofessional. If you acn avvoid Flowerstaion for flowers or christamss trees altogether unless you enjoy wasting time, money and love disappointment.
