Dec 15,2023I order a bouquet for my daughter's birthday from the USA to be delivered to her in London. It said on the website that it would be delivered that day. I call several times on the day to find the time of delivery and I was told then that they couldn't tell me a time but it should be there the latest at 8pm and she waited all day till 9pm on her birthday and for nothing as driver called her at 9:38pm when she had left already. She was not able to receive them that day. VERy Dissapointing!! I was offered to deliver the next day and to add chocolates and larger bouquet and once again delivery late in the afternoon and no extra flowers and left at her door. Wouldn't not recommend at all. NOT WHAT DESCRIBED ON WEBSITE.
