Dec 21,2023apparently “nationwide” delivery is not nationwide. i paid £100 for a xmas tree but after the website confirmed my village address and took my money, they write back a day later saying no cant deliver it you are not in london. then their resolution email another day later was in broken english that i had to rearrange like a puzzle to work out what they were saying. horrible service, incorrect website info, false information, cryptic emails and no appolgy.

Dec 20,2023I don't think I got good value for money for the flowers that I ordered and by when they were delivered. The bunch of roses were small but then I don't think the price is reflective of what a customer will actually get. I ordered flowers for a colleague as a thank you and these didn't get delivered until past 8pm at the office which was too late to hand over to the colleague so had to give to her the next day. I paid close to £9 for delivery so was disappointed that the flowers turned up late.

Dec 19,2023I was delivered a Christmas tree that was dead and dropped needles in handfuls right from day 1. Things happen, trees are not made of plastic, I totally get that. I've sent video and photos of a tree to a customer service asking to resolve a problem. Only to hear back 2 days later that I should perform rescue operation by spritzing water on a tree. And, drum roll, to keep it away from heating elements. A heartfelt thank you, Captain Obvious, for this wisdom which never dawned on me in the first 45 years of my life. Your inability to admit your own mistakes is less entertaining though. And, quite frankly, is not cool. Wish I'd read your reviews before spending my £85. I'll be wiser next year(already am). Happy holidays x
