One of the standout features of Flybackindia is the quality of customer service provided by" Sourav Gautam", who went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best possible deal. Even in the case of an emergency ticket, Mr. Gautam was able to save my significant amount of money($200). In addition to his excellent service, Mr. Gautam was easy to reach and worked beyond his regular shift time( 1:00 am at night)to ensure that I got the ticket at time . If you are in need of travel tickets, this website and Mr. Gautam are highly recommended.

I have used Flybackindia before and always check with them when I am shopping for a flight. I was looking for a good deal from Canada to Thailand. I got Ashish Dhiman in the online chat and he turned out to be a star. I gave him all my requirements and challenged him to get me a good deal and he delivered. He is polite, professional and provided excellent customer service in terms of explaining everything as well as follow up and making sure I had all the information I needed. It was really a great experience. He and Flybackindia works hard for the customer and I got a great deal which was about $300 cheaper than anything I searched on the net. So I'm a happy customer and will return for sure.
