Nov 30,2022VERY DISAPPOINTING, Initially I thought I got an amazing price through them for my flight to India however when I called them to change my travel dates they charged me $1450 extra for 2 stops flight. I told them that I already paid around $2300 initially and now $1450 more is a big no why should I pay that. Moreover, I had no option as they said the initial amount is non refundable so I rescheduled my flight and paid $1450 extra for a 2 stop flight with just one 23 kg bag. I regret booking with this company as I was getting a cheaper price for the direct flight when I was planning to reschedule and there was no change fee, however, they charged me a $250 change fee as well.

Nov 24,2022I was searching for flights online when I came across an ad for Flybackindia claiming that making a phone call could save me money.......For some strange reason...I believed the ad and gave them a call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sourav Gautam. He was very help and understanding. He took the time to explain the current realities on airfare to India. He found few flights that fit my requirements. I changed my requirements few more times and he changed quotes accordingly. In the end, made the purchase and felt that Sourav did a great job of exceeding my expectations and fulfilling the promises / assurances he made. I believe Sourav works in a work environment where he can do his job properly. I had limited interaction with other people in the organization, but I could feel that it a very positive work environment.
