He took the time to explain me all and we had to discuss about the airplane ticket and the price I wanted. We arrived to understand us and I am completely satisfied of the service.

Jan 18,2020Initial assistance was fine. Struggling in getting assistance from Kshitij who is the Manager on getting my refund as I had cancelled and it is been more than 6 months and still waiting. Kshitij is not responding appropriately and is suggesting to follow up with the airline and the airline clearly mention Kshitij and Flyback India should be responsible for communication with them. Awefully bad service
