I made a booking with Flyback. All the people that I have always spoken to are very customer service oriented which is a great thing. If someone starts a transaction then it is picked up smoothly by other reps. Always willing to help and find ways for you. I had a bit of a Glitch when the fare provided and confirmed was said not to be available. However this was rectified and eventually the ticket was issued. Would recommend to anyone. Pradeep, Sandhya, Minal were all very helpful.

Great experience right from first contact. Sales rep was very patient and helpful. Did her research and offered different flight options based on my preference. The time spent was well worth it. They even beat the best offer I had already received from a search engine. Highly recommend.

I was a complete booking, except the original quote was overj $150 less and I was told it was due to lauggage allowed was only one for each flight vs the new price includes 2. I was surprised that for oversees travel the industry has changed to just one large check in suit case per passenger. However the representative was very courteous and helped me all the way over 2 hours of search on the phone. He booked my ticked and I received the ticket the next day for some reason.
