Oct 27,2019My wife flew back to India ALONE. We had the misfortune of reserving our tickets thru this company. We booked the seat for her two months in advance. Despite written assurance from on Pushpinder Chaal to ensure she was given an aisle or window seat, she was provided with a middle seat on both the long light sectors (Toronto to Paris and then again from Paris to Mumbai. Sure enough in the second sector, a young man sitting beside her tried to make inappropriate (sexual) advances on her. in the full darkness in the aircraft. After multiple times of inappropriate touching and and feeling, she finally told him to stop. But under the guise of 'oh this is economy class, I was trying to sleep" this went on through out the journey. Do NOT trust what the sales rep tells you. Even after getting a written assurance of an aisle or window seat, this is what happened. This company FlybackIndia is the worst possible company and will tell you what ever you wish to hear (or read) just to make the sale. NEVER AGAIN. This is a scam company. It is utter false promises and high prices.
