Mar 18,2025FOGGYFLY IS A SCAM!!!!!!! Please stay away from FOGGYFLY they are BIG TIME SCAMMER. I purchased a flight through them as a third party for my mother-in-law and within a day we received a call saying that the flight she got is no longer available and went about their way to just give her any flight that for one was not convenient for her because it had lay over and she was not allowed to bring any luggage with her. I completely lost like who in the world travels for almost two weeks and not be able to bring her luggage and to top it off they wanted to charge her the double of what she originally had paid. I fought and argued with them and told they have absolutely zero authority to charge her card and refund her money back right away they refused but I did not give up till I finally won, and they cancel everything. I recorded the conversation I had with them because I was ready to put a case against them with my lawyer after that I immediately contact my bank and made sure they got blocked from taking any money from my account. LASTLY CUSTOMER SERVICES IS RUDE AND THEIR NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE DOESNT EVEN WORK YOUY WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO CONTACT YOU IS CRAZY. PLEASE DO NOT USE FOGGYFLY SCAMEEERRRRRSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mar 17,2025Once ticket was purchased, I received a call telling me my return flight was on a waitlist. I told them to cancel my ticket and was told I could not receive a refund. After the agent told me he would find me another flight, it turned out the price went up. Once I secured a return flight, I learned I was charged 60.00 over the price on American Airlines website. I was not told the price included a surcharge. They did a bait and switch. I should have hung up and contacted my CC company as soon as they called me and said the ticket I purchased was unrefundable. Fraud--They charge your card for flight they do not have and then refuse a refund.

Mar 16,2025Bait and switch ! Foggyfly.com is a scam. They post alluring prices for airline tickets. Once you make the reservation from them, they will call you and tell you the airline ticket is restricted, and it is on the waiting list. They quickly charge your credit card and tell you it is non-refundable even though you are not getting what you paid for. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. They then try to up sale for at least $450.00 more dollars. STAY AWAY FROM FOGGYFLY if you don't want to be ripped off

Mar 15,2025Foggyfly.com is definitely a scam website. They posted the attractive and unbelievable price of airline ticket. Once you will make the reservation from them, they will call you and tell you the airline ticket is restricted, and it is on the waiting list. However, you will find that your credit card has been charged. They hold your money but without giving you the confirmation and airline ticket. Until you have to call your bank to dispute the charge. Really experienced a nightmare. I can't believe how comes that their business is still allowed to continue to rip off other customers.

Mar 15,2025They are very suspicious over the phone and once you have paid the operators from India call you to tell you that the flight you booked is full and that they must upgrade you to a more expensive ticket.
