Mar 10,2025This was the worst experience ever. I WILL ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO BOOK WITH THIS FOGGYFLY. I booked a ticket for round trip that cost $219 on promotion. Bryan from the agency called and said they had an issue as I couldn't get on the return flight. He wanted me to pay an extra $350 for the return ticket to whichi declined. I called back to speak with another person who asured me verbally that I would pay about $50 extra for my ticket. I made the payment of about $270. I later got an Eticket with only a return ticket. I was so mad I just went online and booked my own ticket. What these people do it to try to invite you with a cheap ticket then try and corner you to pay more money.. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. THEY ARE EVIL 😈

Mar 08,2025My experience was not the best at all. I booked my flight after talking to a customer rep, just to find out the next day I cannot get the flight which was available to me. I had to change my date and pay extra ju st to keep my reservation.

What we didn't like was the tactic of advertising a very low price for the flights my wife and I wanted for a trip to Scotland and then after agreeing to purchase the tickets an agent calls and says that the tickets we bought were sold at a promotional price. The only way to get the advertised price is if seats became available; we must be prepared to be flexible on both the departure and return dates, and there is no guarantee that you will be able to fly on the dates you chose. You cannot get a refund on the tickets at this point, you have to choose flights at a higher price. Although we had to pay more than we led to believe at first, the cost of the flights in the end was the same as the regular price when purchased directly online from the airline, but we felt that it was rather deceptive marketing.
