Mar 26,2025i purchase two tickets on their Foggyfly website . i received a couple of phones calls from different numbers. i contacted them back and they told me that one that the one of the ticket prices has changed to different dates and that each ticket will increase 150 dollars per person. I tried cancelling the transaction and they said i can't cancel and i will be charges $495 . This is a very misleading company dont use them.

Mar 26,2025If I could give negative stars I would! They’re a huge scam. They will call saying they have to upgrade due to lack of seating, charge you double and in the end stick you in basic economy while charging you more than the agreed amount. They are rude and hang up on you and there is never a higher up that you can speak to. They just give you the runaround. Marcus & Roberto were horrible.

Mar 25,2025I booked 2 tikets 2 ways from Montreal to FLL for 409.20 US. After booking, i got a phone call from foggyfly that only one tiket is confirmed, to confirm the second I need to pay 399 US dollards extra, so I asked them to cancel the transaction, they said that the tiket cannot be cancelled, I tryed with them but with there calme attitude, we withdraw the money and we cannot confirm the second ticket and it is not remboursable. and I lost my money, we are old persons and we cannot fly alone Here is the booking number 31856

Mar 23,2025SCAM. You will be charged. Then an agent will call (in almost unintelligible english) and tell you the return flight is going to be as standby, not a guaranteed ticket. Then I was quoted a price $400 more than the price I had paid. Then (after he talked to the manager) I was told that the price is $200 more than advertised. The whole time the agent is rude and telling me to calm down. AVOID FOGGYFLY. SCAM

Mar 23,2025Even giving one star feels like waste!! I have horrible experience at foogyfly.com. They don’t have the available ticket which I purchased but charged me. I asked refund but forced me pay more to keep the tickets. The price was so cheap that I foolishly fell for it. They are truly terrible scammers. When I asked for a refund, they yelled and threatened me, saying they couldn’t give me a refund.

Mar 22,2025I booked a reservation with foggyfly.com, got itinerary number and called an hour later only to get someone there at foggyfly.com telling me that the rate at purchase was not available for my flight. This is when they tried to charge me extra ($250.00) and informed me it was because a seat on the return flight was not available in economy and I had to be economy to get the price I ALREADY PAID FOR. I asked why did they sell me a ticket they obviously didn't have because it was only an hour from purchase and they went round and round with spanish rederick, even though I kept informing them I couldn't understand and then when I told them that I can't afford that and I do not want it and cancel , foggyfly.com told me that it is non refundable ticket, even though it was only an hour after purchase. YOU SEE THE GIMMICKS?. Nowhere was it written that this was non-refundable, a standby or not an actual ticket I was purchasing. I called the airline the next day because I recieved a text supposedly from the airlines to cancel and when the airline investigated, the flight was not in their system and had never been booked and they even informed me I may have been scammed because the flight didn't exist. I had to give the airline the info off the itinerary because I noticed there was no confirmation number on the itinerary when the airline asked for it. The airline also confirmed that the text I recieved was not from the airline. This is when the airline agreed I had probably been scammed. I tried to contact foggyfly.com again and they could not get an english speaker and my spanish is very limited. After 5 minutes going round and round with foggyfly.com telling them I couldn't understand the spanish, they hung up in my face. It doesn't end here.They later had the ordasity to email me to confirm itinerary so they can deliver my e-tickets. When I called foggyfly.com, as the email instructed. I found they just wanted to try to make me pay more again. First of all after allthat had transpired thus far why would I give foogyfly.com more money? I told them I can't afford more and that the price was the only reason I bought the ticket. I am disabled from a complete heart transplant and on a fixed income because I live on disability since the heart transplant. What I paid was all the money I had saved for 3 months to visit my dying father and now I won't get to see him. I called my bank whom said I can dispute the transaction. I'm hoping the bank returns the funds so I may visit my father. If not foggyfly.com ripped off a disabled vet under fraudulent circumstances and I'll never see my father after not seeing him for 40yrs. In summary: • No guarantee to get confirmation • No You need to upgrade for much more expensive tickets due to being sold non existent flights • No cancellation even after 1 hour from your booking • Basically, you are stuck I am disputing the charges with my Bank, and will refer this company to the Attorney General.

They try to charge you extra ($150.00-$250.00). When you tell them that you do not want it and cancel ,they tell you that is non refundable ticket.YOU SEE THE GIMMICKS. Mar 21,2025Don’t buy a ticket or use this website. It is a Scam. They advertise tickets rates for tickets that they don’t have. I purchased a ticket for me and my son from froggyfly at what I thought was a good rate. They told me that my ticket was confirmed but my son's not confirmed with the airline and that I was not guaranteed for the flight. They called it a standby ticket and that all purchased discounted tickets were always a standby ticket, there was nowhere written that what I was buying was an un-guaranteed standby ticket. In addition, there is no mentioning of luggage. When I called, the agent, he told me that you cannot add (purchase) a luggage on this ticket, you have to upgrade to a very expensive ticket that will include a carry on. they try to trick you to upgrade even on tickets they don't have in their possession. In summary: • No guarantee to get confirmation • No way to add any luggage even you are willing to pay for it. You need to upgrade for much more expensive tickets • No cancellation even after 1 hour from your booking • Basically, you are stuck I am disputing the charges with my Bank, and will refer this company to the Attorney General.
