I will never use this company again! The trip I scheduled had an original purchase price of $372.65. Then I am contacted hours later and informed I will be charged $698.65! I tried to cancel the transaction, and I was told this cannot be done, no refund. So I am stuck paying hundreds of dollars more when I could of booked with American Airlines directly for less. I will be contacting the BBB and file a formal complaint. Update-I just checked my flight status and they had an incorrect phone number and email entered in my contact information. Foggyfly is terrible and the English is terrible at best with their customer service.

Need to be accurate when sending out emails to customer. I shouldn't have to call again to get the right info. I didn't get a reservation confirmation from the airline till i had to call again. Edit* So i initially wanted to buy a ticket for about $300, but when i had to call the next day they said that I had to pay double for a different flight. I did not care at this point since I just needed my tickets. They said they would send a confirmation email within a few hours. Which it did happen. So I then decide to run the confirmation on the listed airline website. The airline website could not find it. I called this company again and apparently they sent the wrong airline info. I was was able to look up the confirmation on the correct one while they stayed on the line. Then all of a sudden I get an email confirmation from the airline about my reservations. The ticket total was $564.41 but Foggyfly charged me $685.96. According to my bank statements it looks like they charged a $121.55 service charge. If youre going to use this company just be careful and make sure you check the confirmation info on the airlines website. My trip is in April so ill update on how that goes.

I was not able to check in for my upcoming flight through the American Airlines Ap. I was able to check in through the email sent by Foggyfly. I also received a phone call from Teressa and she kindly sent my boarding passes to my email. I thoroughly appreciate your company, and Teressa for assisting me. It definitely gave me peace of mind.

i booked a flight with foggyfly not realizing that i booked. so i called them and was told not only is the ticket nonrefundable but i was also flying standby with no seat choice. But the person was telling me that he wanted to help me so all of a sudden i wasnt flying standby that i could have seats of my choice. but now the ticket was $379.00 instead of $201.00. Foggyfly is a scam they get you to book this cheap flight knowing your going to call them to cancel your flight. Now they can help you by giving you everything else. All they had to to do is be honest from the start instead of playing this game. I booked my flight but i would of rather had a choice instead of them scamming me. FOGGYFLY BIG SCAM
I wish I could give negative stars. Bottom line up front : This company is a scam. After purchasing online I got a call stating that my return flight was overbooked and I was placed on a standby. He stated that the airline would charge me a up charge at about $300 per person as a result. He offered me other flights and I refused. I said I want to cancel my flights and he laughed at me. He rudely said that my flights would not be refunded. I immediately googled the company and found others that had fallen for the scam. I hung up on the guy and froze my card, called Amex and reported my card as compromised. Luckily I was able to do so before any charges hit my account.
Kristy Was very nice and explained everything to me. The day I was supposed to receive my boarding pass, I didn't receive it and I made several calls and still didn't get it. I had to book a last minute flight with the Airlines which cost a lot. Don't use this company they are a scam.
