Feb 27,2025They offered a great fee for flight! yay! however it was a standby ticket and the 'fine print' was only accessible if you clicked a box that I did not see and was not a requirement for booking. I did read all the fine print that was on the main page and they did not flag me with a *must be clicked to book*. I called them and spent almost an hour spending over $200 more to have a verified ticket which was $100 more than on the AA website. huge rip off, very frustrated with lack of integrity of this company. Matthew also said "you're just trying to create drama" and nearly hung up on me after 45 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional.

Feb 26,2025Teressa called me for boarding passes (there). She then wanted proof that I gave her 5 star review, asking for a screenshot to prove it. Foggy fly overall is a horrible experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I had to pay $450 usd to choose my seats and to confirm my flight. (After booking a non-refundable flight I was told some of it was on standby). 3 plane there, 3 planes back and 2/6 flights I actually got the seat I wanted. For $450 I should get a decent seat. Nope. I have called and emailed several times: several time I was told “the booking agent (Amy Smith) who you booked with will call you back with in, 30 or 10 minutes.” They NEVER called back. I’m trying to get compensation for the seats I paid for and never received. Avoid this company.

LIES..after LIES.. charged more than what the airline offered and confirmed my ticket was booked for charged an extra $185 for no reason… they called claiming my flight was a waitlist., Lies called DELTA AND THAT WAS A BOLD LIE.. they got over this time as this was an emergency trip… HOWEVER NEVER AGAIN. Writing about this experience on my BLOG, reposting to the BBB and my media outlets. RUDE, AGGRESIVE, LACKING MORALS AND PROPER BUSINESS ETIQUETTE..ETHICAL OUT THE WINDOW.. BE WARNED FRAUDULENT ALL THE WAY AROUND (William, Matthew, Jackson, Joseph, Maria, Kristy and the entire company horrible)! You will think they are helping you until you get the ticket print out. If you book (unfortunate)..please verify with the airlines on your seating, bags and the actual cost..don’t wait until the day before you travel as they advise to print and check-in as by that time it’s way far gone to even be pissed at how ruthless they are!! NEVER AGAIN!! Also, please keep in mind majority of the positive reviews are fellow employees and family members. The few that are from actual customers were “forced”, as they call you and wait in the line asking you to pull the email with the link they just sent and ask for it to be completed while on the line‼️

Feb 25,2025I book a flight last night 02/23/25 since their site say to call if you have any questions that's what I did next morning the lady who I spoke told me that in the last part I did put my first name so my first name was twice on the booking then she told me that they can't do anything because the has price has change but they'll going to give me a discount. this is a big scam my flight is in 45 days I called then less than 12 hours to make sure everthing was right and they come with shis shit.. this is the biggest scam site you will find out there be very careful ...

Feb 24,2025Website provided low fare. Website did not inform the tickets were restricted/stand by. Customer service was patient and courteous as I was hot about not being provided the restricted ticket information at initial attempt at booking. I ended up buying confirmed tickets for air travel at a slight discount. Please include all information in future postings for transparency.
