SCAM 🚨 ‼️ ALERT ‼️ DO NOT PURCHASE AIRLINE TICKETS THRU THIS COMPANY, THEY SELL YOU SEATS THAT ARE ON STANDBY AND THEN CALL YOU AND TELL YOU YOUR PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, SO I PAID ANOTHER $500 AND WHEN I GOT THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER I WAS TOLD NOT TO CHECK-IN ON THE COMPUTER TO GO TO THE AIRLINE COUNTER AT THE AIRPORT TO GET MY BOARDING PASS AND I DID AND ONCE MY PASS WAS PRINTED OUT THE COMPANY USED A FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD AND THE BOARDING PASS WAS THEN CANCELLED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WHEN I WENT TO BOARD MY FLIGHT THEY WOULD NOT LET ME ON THE PLANE, THEY TOLD ME DIRECTLY THAT THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND DO THIS TO PEOPLE ALL THE TIME, SO I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TICKET DIRECTLY THRU THE AIRLINE AT THE COUNTER IN ORDER TO GET HOME FOR CHRISTMAS. SO I LOST $1,200 TO FOGGYFLY AND I HAD TO BUY REAL TICKETS FOR ANOTHER $1800.

Bought tickets for my family of 6 through this company. The first thing that went wrong was that they forgot one member and had to ticket them separately which meant their seat was never near the rest of us and since that person was a minor an adult family member always had to take that seat and so they couldn’t be with the rest of the family. Then when checking on our return flight with the airline the day before coming back we found that the return flight schedule that FoggyFly gave us stating we left at 7 PM (which was what we needed to assure we could make the flight) was actual leaving at 7 am. This meant we had to get transportation to the airport at 4:30 AM to make our flight. As soon as I found this out I called FoggyFly to see if they could help.They were rude and kept passing me off to another person. One person asked that I email them a copy of the schedule that FoggyFly had sent which I did with no response except they would call back by end of day. By 4 o’clock I had received no return call so I called back. When I asked to speak with that person I was told they had left for the day. So I asked to speak with a supervisor. The person I was talking to then said he was a supervisor but when I tried to get him to help, all of a sudden he began claiming he couldn’t hear me. I hung up and called back but never got anyone who would help. My advice to anyone DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. You may get your tickets but you will not get any service if something goes wrong! Especially if they are at fault which in our case they definitely were. Buy from the airline, Expedia or another reputable agency. Believe me it will be well worth any extra money you may spend.

SCAMMMMMMMM!!! They didn’t even know their agent ID number. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau They will be under federal investigation! DO NOT !!!!!!!! PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! FYI Southwest has no second or third-party selling their tickets!!!! All these reviews on here are lies. They probably pay people from their country to write reviews!
Service was extremely confusing. You will pay more than what you see, they trap you. No emails or receipts. I called day before travel because I couldn’t check in and really felt like I was getting scammed. I won’t try a 3rd party again too risky and stressful
This business is a scam. Sold me a transatlantic flight but then shared after the fact that I only bought the right to be on a waitlist for the flight and did not have a confirmed booking - $646 per person!
