This is a bait and switch scam. The original flight that you booked is never available and alternative flights are offered at an increased price and in the end you end up paying more than you would have if you had gone straight to the airline. This sight needs to be taken down and investigated. Additionally, I froze my credit card so no further charges could be added and then filed a fraud alert and got a new card. You have to do this on your phone app and quickly. Worth it to stop this scam. My changed flight was with Southwest which wasn't my first choice, but since I confirmed directly with SW, I changed the flight and made it work. I will always go directly to the airlines I prefer. LESSON LEARNED.
I have purchased tickets for years from 3rd parties. I’ve never needed to be bothered by having someone all me to confirm my flight. I booked my flights got my etickets and went on my way. After I supposedly thought I had purchased my tickets someone called and left a message. They never identified themselves so no way of knowing if it was a sca. When I tried to call back I kept getting an message, sorry we can’t connect you. When I called the 888 number, they said even though I purchased two tickets at the very same time, one of the return flights was not guaranteed. Also, the tickets I purchased said American would not let me bring baggage. What on earth! Why would someone travel with no baggage. Then, one of the birthdates was wrong by one number. When I said I would call American to clarify, they told me I could not call American. Since when I can’t call anyone, I want. The first time I called the 888 number I was left on hold for 5 minutes also, I was not able to understand the person on the other line. I kept having to ask him to repeat what he was saying. My fiancée called from another phone he kept getting put on hold, and ended up having to talk to two different people. Finally in order to change the birthdate, they made us cancel the first tickets and pay an extra 150 for the new issues and our flight times were completely changed and lost a day of travel. Never ever, ever, ever will I use this foggyfly third party again. It is a total scam.

When you reach out to their customer service for clarification, you'll be met with demands for additional payment to secure your reservation, often asking for an amount that exceeds your original cost. To make matters worse, they have a tendency to mishandle your itinerary, leading to further confusion and frustration. It’s essential to avoid this company at all costs; their practices clearly indicate that they are dishonest and unreliable!
Terrible experience, Do not waste your time!! I booked my flight then immediately received an email and a phone call to tell me my seat on the return was not confirmed and that they would offer me a deal to confirm my seat and it will “only” cost me $1000.00. When i wanted to cancel they told me i could not cancel my reservation. I ended up reporting them with my bank.
Foggyfly is a scammer. They put the ticket prices for the economy class without any luggage. They called me as soon as I applied online and told me that I needed to upgrade the tickets which cost a double amount if I wanted to take any luggage or pay the cancellation fee for $200. I didn’t want to do either of them so I was just silenced for about 15 minutes thinking what to do and googling about this company. They were so pushy and bossy to rush me to make a decision but they never hung up on me. They didn’t sound like native English speakers. As soon as I found out this company is a scam, I just hung up and closed my credit card. This happened a month ago. I have been receiving about 50 scam emails every day since then which is really annoying but it’s better than losing my money. I haven’t heard anything back from them. I wish I paid more attention on their name.
After making my reservation and paying, I had to call after receiving an email. Turns out that the flight I booked would not honor the seat, leaving me to increase the price I paid another 150.00, which caused three more calls, two more hours, and locked up my credit card. What I liked was the price on the last minute to get my stranded daughter home, but customers should be aware that the price you pay at check out may not give you the flight you want, leaving you to pay more. I also stayed on hold for long lengths of time - over 15 minutes to run a credit card. That is the weirdest thing I have experienced and it left me feeling ill at ease with the process being a new customer.
I didn’t get a confirmation email or a text after booking a reservation. Information about the luggage was not mentioned while booking and there was no need for so many back and forth calls for the ticket confirmation.
