Feb 12,2024Make an order with them as they had some useful foods I sometimes have trouble getting. Ordered sausages and Char Siu roast pork. Could not deliver right away because they had the roast pork but they were waiting for the sausages. After a week they now had the sausages (which they said they would keep for me) but were now waiting for the roast pork. Then the next week they had not kept my sausages but now had the roast port, and anyway Chinese New Year had passed, so I gave up and cancelled.

Feb 11,2024I ordered 8 cans of different fizzy drink to make a hamper as a present. They didn't have 3 so substituted them for ones I already ordered. They arrived and two of them were out of date and three of the cans were damaged. I complained and sent pictures, was told they were out of office and would get back to me. I heard nothing so sent a follow up email. I have been ignored.
