Nov 18,2022This was my first time buying from FFF, but it will probably be my last. For my first order l was just testing out your service by ordering a small order of some Filipino food items totaling about £20, which was purchased for a friend from the Philippines. I submitted my order which went through okay. The next day l got a call saying that two items were out of stock. So, l changed the order to two other items which l didn't really want, but there was no better option. Then l got another call saying that another item was out of stock, and this was an item which l wanted more than all the others. So, l was told l'd got no option than to buy the biggest more expensive item, as you'd only now got the product that l wanted in the largest size. So, l had to buy that when l really didn't want to buy the biggest item. I was then told l had to make the payment of the extra cost which didn't go through. So, l was told l couldn't have my order until the extra costs had been accepted and because the bigger product was more heavy l may have more postage to pay. I was on the phone for ages and the extra money was still pending on the transaction. I got very upset and said l just wanted to cancel my order and have a refund. But l was told No! you don't allow that. So, l remained on the phone for even longer. The mayment still wasn't passed but l put the phone down due to being so exasperated. The order did arrive a day later, only to find that the substitute items which l'd chosen we're not the ones in the box. So, l ended up with a totally wrong order. So, not wanting to experience this sort of online shopping experience again, l wouldn't want to order from you again, and l most certainly would not recommend your service to my worst enemy.
