Jan 18,2025I haven’t received my tickets and I flew in from London to Turin to watch the game! I’m stuck and don’t know what to do now. No one has replied my email. The number on the website if fake and it doesn’t connect with WhatsApp! AVOID THEM!

Nov 12,2024Can't Fault My whole experience. E tickets arrived the day before the game as promised . Great seats and the hospitality package was second to none . Expensive as tickets worked out about £350 each but my son will remember this for the rest of his life. Good communication from Saad when needed. Will use again

Nov 09,2024Purchased tickets for the Real Madrid and Osasuna game 2 weeks ago in Madrid. Not going to lie we were not 100% sure that it was legit but were willing to trust the reviews to make our son happy. My son and partner did receive their tickets and the match went ahead with great seats in the stadium. Please be careful to read all the print when booking. My partner thought he had agreed to meet outside the stadium for the tickets, however he had agreed to them being delivered to the hotel the night before. Mishap on my partner’s end and luckily the chap selling them responded to his Whatspp messages. Would purchase again from this site. Thank you!

May 19,2024Real vs Deportivo. Was a good experience, website worked well, tickets were expensive but service was great. As described, tickets were sent 24 hours before kick off so all very smooth. Would use again.

May 13,2024When I purchased a ticket I paid online about $400 Australian but somehow I was forced to cancel my trip to Europe. Therefore I try to find a way to contact the company for a refund of the purchase ticket unfortunately for days and days and days I tried to call them,at no avail. Then finally, finally as the game date was getting closer Try to email them that I need a refund because I can’t appear at the game in person. Once again, there was no response. The time came when the game started. I still had a ticket and Australia in my pocket. I lost $400 to lack of communication between me and the seller. I’m telling you I will not do purchase any more tickets from this company. Sorry to say this, but that’s truth.

Apr 23,2024Overall an amazing experience! If I need something answered you would contact me very quickly and you guys would email me updates about the event closer to the day of event. I decided to get it delivered to my hotel and it delivered day before the event as you say it would and everything went smoothly and worked perfectly without any issues. Would definitely use football experience again in the future and would recommend to anyone who is interested in doing this

Mar 19,2024Good service. Tickets received electronically beforehand. Great seats. Maybe woulld have been helpful to be notified that the match had been changed from Sunday to Friday, but fortunately we arrived on the Friday and in time.

Mar 14,2024We bought 4 tickets for atletico madrid game specifically to be sitted together. The tickets didnt arrive as advertised and we had to call the representative. Eventually we got tickets but they were not together - 3 people in on zone and 1 lonely guy in the other side of the stadium

Mar 07,2024A very good feature is the new sending the tickets as an e-ticket by email. There is only one thing to talk about: the internet portal is not very helpfull disigned. There are a lot of funktions without explanation and without confirmation about the saved input. Also we received a lot of unnecessary emails created automatically which only creat confusion.
