Sep 19,2023We booked tickets for the Real Madrid game as we had a lad’s weekend in Madrid. I waited till the game was confirmed on Real Madrid website with a Saturday evening kickoff then bought 3 tickets. Communication was excellent and clear regarding collection points etc . Unfortunately less than 2 weeks before the match the date and time was changed to 21.00hrs on the Sunday night., we couldn’t rearrange flights so didn’t attend game. We got No refund from football experience as was stated in Conditions that this could happen . I tried to see if they could resell the tickets but got no reply. Just be careful about dates as la liga do move games at last minute as it’s an expensive lesson.

Sep 04,2023I purchased two tickets for the match between Chelsea and Nottingham Forest. Overall, the service was satisfactory and I received the tickets well in advance. However, the first time I received the ticket through an email and a link to download the tickets but it did not work. Also, the difference between the ticket price (almost 160 Pounds) and the original one (61 Pounds) was quite noticeable!

Aug 28,2023Happy that you share with me that link. I had a bad experience with your company , the tickets you sold me were for a wrong date and I miss the game and loos 700 pounds no body took responsibility despite i had the evidence of wrong dated tickets and reservation

We were two friends from the US and didn’t know how we could find tickets to this rivalry championship match but FootballExperience pulled through. Tickets delivered electronically via WhatsApp the day before the game. Thanks FootballExperience for a great time!

May 08,2023Real Madrid v Osasuna Copa Del Rey Final: I managed to buy tickets from football experience last week for the copa del rey final and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was first contacted by Saad who ensured me that I will receive my tickets through a pick up location as I arrived in Seville the night before. David contacted me who managed to sort that out and when I arrived in Sevilla, I went to a courier service (MRW) whereby I gave my details and the tickets were in my hand. The seats were AMAZING. It may be a bit pricey but it is 100% reliable

I was a bit worried at first tickets would not arrived but I was kept updated via WhatsApp and received the tickets the night before the game. Tickets were great and it made our week. However we had nothing to worry about. As promised, received the e-tickets the day before. Great customer service. We were really pleased with our seats, had a great view.

Oct 24,2022I decided to treat my son and father in law to a Real Madrid game. I paid 30 percent extra to sit together. A total of £166 per ticket for a game Real Madrid against Ossasuna. The communication was poor until we used the WhatsApp phone number. I expected three tickets and sat next to each other. We got three season ticket holders cards which arrived around 9pm the night before. We contacted them and told they were two together and one behind. The note clearly states do not ask any of Real Madrid staff for directions and that you had been given them as a friend and these had not been sold to you. The staff at the stadium were lovely and pointed us to the row and the seats were good,you see them against Barcelona on their Instagram. The seats were not altogether. Luckily my father-in-law was able to negotiate so we could. The season tickets need to be returned in an envelope and to advise via WhatsApp when they were ready. The company has contacted offering me a refund of £237 and said it had been done 16 days ago. Then they have changed it to £107 and still nothing. I wrote a review and promised me this refund if I took down the review. I felt nervous throughout the process and the season tickets are cheaper and they sell illegally aa suggested by the letter they provided at huge margins and didn't put us together. The refund promised has not arrived after 16 days. The seats were great, but I would not buy again from this company who are selling season tickets illegally, high margins, don't deliver what was promised and promise to refund but don't. An update: The credit card have gained the refund.

Oct 18,2022Amazing experience. We were able to go to El Clasico. I was a bit worried about receiving exactly the area of tickets that I purchased but the seats were spot on, and all 3 of us say together even though they only guarantee in pairs. Ticket pick up was super straight forward and exactly as depicted online, with the pick up point being sent out 24h before the match. Overall great experience and will be using them again for hard to find tickets.
