Feb 20,2019Football experience provided amazing seats for Champions League’s game Barça vs. Lyon at the Groupama Stadium. Very difficult tickets to get and they made it super easy for us. Customer service was excellent, they contacted us the day of the game and made sure everything was ok. They also had the best prices from all the different websites I looked at. Will definitely stick with them for future games.

Dec 06,2018It was my first time dealing with Football Experience, I had a very specific preference for the 4 tickets that I purchased, and it was a very busy match (Manchester United vs Arsenal) . I was so happy that they provided me with exactly what I asked for and cheaper than all other websites and Twitter accounts that I had checked. The tickets were delivered to our hotel around 24 hours before the match in an envelope with clear instructions, so we didn't have any issues with that. Easily a 5 out of 5 experience, couldn't ask for more.

Feb 15,2018Purchased tickets for a Barcelona game on 22nd April, unfortunately the game has to be rescheduled due to the Copa Del Rey final. I emailed footballexperience.com and communicated with their online chat to request a transfer for another game. Footballexperience telephoned me to explain the process of re-booking using a coupon code during the checkout process. Regular communication via whatapp and re-booked alternative tickets the same day. Communication is the most important process and in my opinion footballexperience.com have delivered. Looking forward to watching Barcelona v Valencia on 14th April.

Apr 12,2019Football experience was cheaper than any other company for match tickets and gave me such good customer service. I explained to the employee Saad that I didn't live in London as the tickets were going to be sent a day before the match and Saad arranged for me to collect the tickets in London on the day off the match. Saad went out of his way to get a ln e-ticket to make things so much easier and I cannot complain about the seats at all as they were fantastic. I will definitely be using football experience again. The only thing is that I would give them a heads up if you're travelling to a city for a game and they will help you out through WhatsApp.
