Got two tickets for the Bayern Munich V Dortmund game at the Allianz arena. Tickets were delivered to my hotel the day before the game with no problems. The communication was excellent throughout, wouldn’t hesitate to use football experience again.

Paid over 300£ (to which I credit them for giving us a discount) for 2 super premium seats to Dortmund vs Wolfsburg. Everything was smooth buying experience was good and all was well with good communication. Unfortunately when we got the tickets we received possibly the worst seats in the house all the way at the top of the stadium. Was told that these were category 1 seats so I was only entitled to a 27£ refund per ticket which was a shame. Customer support says that they are sorry and if it was up to them they'd give a full refund but it's the t&c's of the business. Very unsatisfied with the customer service despite friendly staff, unfortunately probably will not use again. Buyer beware of the different categories of seating.

Liverpool vs Leicester, 5 Oct 2019 Good service. Received the tickets in the hotel where I stayed. Seats as indicated when purchased.

Football experience delivered as promised with terrific tickets for magical Anfield European night. Saad was extremely responsive throughout process (texts are responded to within in seconds) and he understood need for tickets to be delivered unreasonably early because we were traveling for US... We would use them again in a second for a big match

Very honest people with integrity. As a Canadian attending my very first Arsenal match one could imagine how difficult it might be to not only purchase tickets but the whole process as London is a very busy city. However throughout the whole process the company was very fair and very good in getting back to me as soon as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone, when they say they are 100% they’re not lying.
