May 15,2022We went to London for a Tottenham game and I was a bit scared that it was a scam. The Tickets came a bit late - 12h before the Game. But the staff replyed to all my Messages via WhatsApp and in the end everything went fine. Great expierience with great seats.

May 14,2022Bought a ticket for the Rangers v Eintracht Frankfurt Europa League final. Have never used the secondary ticketing market before and given the cost of tickets was nervous about doing so, but fear of missing out got the better of me! Can't fault the service Football Experience provided, received my electronic ticket within a couple days of UEFA releasing them. I both spoke to and exchanged messages with the vendor using their WhatsApp and found them to be responsive, receiving replies within half an hour of getting in touch. I've rated the experiece as 4* which to be honest is more to do with the cost of the ticket and which I think is a UEFA problem around how it distributes them (I paid £1,400 including admin fee which is very expensive, but at the lower end of what I've seen other sites advertising). Based on my experience with them, if you're prepared to pay the price, I found the vendor to be reliable and would use them again.

Apr 21,2022Barcelona-Sevilla (La Liga, father & son trip) -received immediate confirmation after paying for my 2 tickets -I was in constant contact via WhatsApp -day before the game clear instructions received where to pickup and drop off three tickets -received seats with much better category in comparison what I purchased Overall very positive experience with reasonably priced tickets and a very good communication.

Apr 15,2022At first I was a little worried if I would receive the tickets on time but everything worked without any problems. The seats were even better than I hoped for and exceeded my expectations. So the higher price was completely justified. Overall a great experience!

Mar 16,2022Superb!!!!!! Bought Dortmund Rangers tickets through Football Experience. No hesitation in delivering them super fast. Was told it would take 3/4 days. They were on my email with in 2. I'll use these guys again in the future for some more Rangers Away Days.

Jul 16,2020I am surprised to read some of these reviews. I was due to attend a match that was cancelled due to Covid. Football Experience responded to all my WhatsApp messages immediately. I also received a voice message which was reassuring. Refund was sent once it was apparent there would be no match being played, minus admin charge, but I don’t begrudge them that to survive. The situation was of course no ones fault and we want small businesses to survive, don’t we! Their polite tone and quick responses was pleasing.

Jun 30,2020Don't deal with this company.They will take your money and offer only 60% back, if you are lucky enough to get a reply from them. Match played behind closed doors due to covid. I am now more than £700 out of pocket.

Jun 16,2020Avoid Absolute scam service. Match was cancelled due to the pandemic. Was assured of a refund. They are insisting on receiving my passport details for some reason. I will not be giving them. They are doing everything they can not to issue the refund.

Mar 24,2020Support took to long, the communication was verry slow. The match was cancelled due to the Corona Virus, so i claimed a full refund. They only wanted to give back 60% of the total amount. When I asked why, they stopped replying....
