Oct 07,2023Although there were delays with the shipment which werenāt advised until queried, the goods were delivered promptly after the shipment arrived in Australia. Unfortunately, upon receipt it was found that the there was no water pump or any assembly instructions included. After contacting Fountain Store, they arranged to send the pump immediately via express courier. Whilst the experience has been little disappointing, I am looking forward to having the water feature up and running as it looks like a great product.

Sep 20,2023Three lady busts arrived yesterday- one bust, two planter busts to be precise. I wanted a trio to fit my under verandah raised garden bed with three supportive beams, three boatwood frame mirrors etc. They were lightweight, looked lovely & added instant boost to the decor. One lady planter was a bit smaller (the one with pineapple on top). Iām giving them 5 āļø even if Iād rather have genuine ceramic than moulded plastic but they really looked the part so I was happy. Planters once filled with soil & succulents on top gained more substance and weight so the strong wind shouldnāt toss them around. Iāll include the photos on sellerās website. These were not express shipped but once contacted the seller sent me shipping confirmation and they arrived in few days. They make a perfect set and quite a statement so Iād be peeling my eyes out for similar size and style garden decor in the store. The only style close but not as large and elaborate I can think of is Allen Designs planter heads. These are more spectacular for sure. Tempted to convert one into a lamp but donāt want to break the trinity.
