Sep 17,2023Both water features arrived four days after ordering which was very impressive. One box had a hole in it, so mentioned to driver before unloading, took photo of box before and after opening. Back is damaged, a broken piece on the corner where the access pane is . I can probably glue a piece back on but bits missing , so not sure if the panel will stay in place Both now installed and look good and work well.

Sep 02,2023It’s a beautiful fountain but the finish is really not that great . The wielded portion is very visible whereas it could have been neatly finished and painted. The hole for the wire should had some kind of stopper or rubber block.whereas to the service it’s great and I received my item within the time frame given but the product quality could be better.

Aug 24,2023After a significant number of months with the fountain I ordered not being delivered, I was offered a replacement. Three things: the material is plastic meant to look like other materials, the pump motor extraordinarily loud, and the spray off the fountain is substantial. Do not buy for indoors.

Sep 17,2023My fountain arrived very very quickly and was well packaged and in perfect condition. Instructions could have been better, but as long as you know not to get the transformer near any water and you put the water in the bottom part under the fountain, as well as in the fountain dish, it is simple. It worked straight away and looks absolutely fantastic. Visitors are very impressed with it, as am I.
