May 22,2023There is a very big range to choose from and most items had close up photos and also working models to see and hear to get a good idea of what you were choosing. The site is very easy to navigate. It was an easy process to choose an item from start to finish and then pay.

May 08,2023I ordered a waterfall wall from this store, but was not informed that it was a pre-order item that would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. When it finally did arrive, I was contacted by Capital, their chosen courier service, who first sent me an SMS and then called me, asking for help to unload the truck. When I asked about the weight of the item, they told me it was relatively light and that we could do it ourselves. However, due to insurance reasons, we couldn't help unload it, and this prompted them to threaten us with a $200 recharge in delivery fees if we didn't comply. Eventually, they sent three additional men to help unload the item, which demonstrated just how heavy it was. They also displayed passive aggressiveness and said they can only leave it on the front lawn. The whole process was not smooth, and we don't recommend ordering large items from this store until they improve their delivery logistics.

Jun 01,2023The fountain is starting to crack and disintegrate around the top edges, not even three months old and is it breaking down and will need maintenance.
