Jun 27,2023We ordered the Cannes mirror stainless steel fountain, it was supposed to come with stones to go in it (they weren't sent), very poor instruction's, not even in english. when we asked about the stones, we were told that they weren't sent as they had to pay $105 in postage (we paid the postage) and we where told to go to a garden centre and buy them from there. as for instructions in english, they sent a 15 second video on how to place the pump in the tank. would not order another water feature from them in the future

Jun 23,2023Goods arrived very quickly, however I was not advised the item was coming and was not home,so goods were taken to depot. Unfortunately the tracking number was invalid ( according to TNT a fault in FEDEX system). My item will now be delivered next week.

My fountain was exactly as pictured and works well. I am very impressed with my fountain and the service. I would highly recommend this company.
