Jul 16,2023I ordered a fountain, paid for it as it was in stock. Received a message weeks layer saying it was on back order. I had the option for a refund or to choose something of greater value, at this stage I said I would like to wait until my item came into stock, as I really liked it. Some weeks had pasted and I had decided that I would pick another fountain. What felt like weeks went by before receiving a fountain, that was neither my original one or the one I wanted to swap it too. When contacting them. I received a response saying my bad I will fix it up. Two days later received my replacement fountain, which I do love. However I think they can improve on there customer service.
