Jan 21,2023Just unpacked the Fandango waterfall, and am very happy with it. I have it in place in my greenhouse, but haven’t got it going yet. The only minus was the tubing was packed in a way that left a kink in it, which I am hoping straightens out once water is going through it. I will send photos once it is up and running.

Jan 16,2023Love the pixie bird feeder I purchased however it took over 3 months for it to arrive. I did have good email communication from Fountain Store when I queried the delay but may I suggest you don’t take online orders unless the item is actually in stock in your store. If you do take online orders for items the store needs to order in please advise the purchaser prior to finalising the order that it isn’t in stock and will take at least 5-8 weeks before the store receives the item to be then on shipped to the purchaser.

Jan 16,2023Easy to use website with extremely fast shipping. The fountain purchased was well constructed in a metal body. Sadly the pump and light connections plugs and seals were made from the cheapest plastic you can imagine- think of a cheap kids toy plastic and that's what you get. I re-sealed all the connections and plugs using a high quality roof and gutter seal as I was worried these would fail.

I was sent regular notifications giving me updates on my order and when it was getting sent/ due to arrive. Definitely will purchase another order in the near future.
