Jan 07,2023The instructions was not easy to follow. I had to make the mould bigger where the leads come out so they could sit better. The four little suction caps will have to be replaced as they don’t hold the pump up.

Planter has her own perfect spot in our backyard, growing our choice, small mauve daisies. Everyone has left talking about her :) Thank you, do recommend this store.

Dec 30,2022The water feature looks good and was exactly as describe. Dispatched and arrived promptly (in good time for Christmas} so no concerns about service. However, the water reservoir seems relatively shallow which means in hot weather, evaporation leads to having to top up water every second day. No problem for me but I bought this as a gift for elderly parents so now not sure if it's suitable.

Dec 22,2022Took over a month to arrive and I had to call twice to follow up after their courier said it was delivered when it clearly wasn't. They were helpful on the phone but did not call back to confirm the non delivery issue was rectified.
