I Have not opened it as we are waiting access to the new house we purchased the feature for. Soooo I rated this experience excellent as my payment was made same day as purchase. My end of the transaction was flawless. Just saying...

We wanted something that represented her and she loved butterflies and fairies and when we saw your bird bath that had both, it was just perfect. At first the store seemed helpful, but that ended quickly and now I'm out of pocket with nothing but disappointment and stress to show for it. !!! BUYER BEWARE !!! Shop elsewhere. ***Edit in response to seller's reply*** ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT. THE COURIER HAS ADMITTED IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE. THERE IS NO CCTV. AND I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR, UNABLE TO GET TO THE POLICE TO REPORT THIS. BOTTOM LINE IS, YOU HAVE MY $1400 AND I HAVE NOTHING. YOU HAVE SINCE DECIDED TO NOT HELP ME, I HAVE CALLED NON STOP AND CAN NEVER GET TO SPEAK WITH YOU DANIEL. I HAVE JUMPED THROUGH ALL THE HOOPS YOU'VE SET THAT I CAN. Jan 17,2025The availability of an actual phone number to make an enquiry that wasn't covered in the FAQ was a good start. The lady with whom I spoke was professional, pleasant and as helpful as possible. The order was dispatched very promptly and it arrived ahead of the date indicated - such a nice surprise. The fountain was somewhat smaller than I had supposed it to be based on the photos - not in a deceptive way, simply that there was nothing nearby with which to compare it. It seems to run well and now that I've found a smaller stand to sit it on it looks very nice indeed. I would recommend this Australian owned company and I would buy from them again should I want another item.
