I just love Freddie’s Flowers. The quality is the best of any flower subscription and the blooms last for ages - there’s always a lovely selection and the quantity is very generous for the same price as other suppliers. Highly recommended.
My flowers arrived today I was blown away there so so beautiful the quality the ammount of flowers in the box and I got a beautiful vase also the selection of flowers were stunning together the smell of flowers filled my front room I love it a great experience easy to order and kept up to date right until they dropped on my doorstep
Feel a little sad writing this review, I was a customer since I first received an advertisement card in my Abel and Cole box, years ago. I received a number of disappointing deliveries through spring and summer, flowers dying off quickly, buds not opening, snapdragons in particular flopped after two or three days, the arrangements were just looking a little sad. The price had increased to £30 too. Eventually I decided to try a few other companies to see if maybe I was just being a bit unfair. I experimented and I have now found a company offering large arrangements, in excellent health for £5 less so sadly I will not return.
Impossible to cancel
The whole concept of Freddies Flowers is brilliant and the flowers exceptional. I love the box they are delivered in, down to the instructions inside on how to get the best from them. FF customer service is really good too.
Ordered birthday flowers for a friend. They weren’t delivered on the date I specified due to courier issues. Not good enough
The flowers came on time and were in great condition. The arranging hints were so useful. They are still giving us blooms nearly 2 weeks later!
Sent as a gift to mum. She sent me a photo, it looked lovely then but in two days, I saw it myself and it was way better thzn the photo and huge. The vase was also gorgeous. Thank you.
(freddie AT freddiesflowers This refers to above company) After using Freddies flowers for several one off orders i recently thought send for some for our 61st wedding anniversary (£55) , they arrived on Mon 21st Oct by Friday Oct 25th rose and Lilly petals were dropping off, Which made us doubt the statement sent fresh from our suppliers. Freddies flowers have promised replacements in fairness to them. Chat box says i can attach photos but this form wont let me attache) Dear David, Thank you for sending us pictures of your flowers. I am very sorry to see that your lilies were not in a good condition at all - the quality of our flowers is of the utmost importance to us. The flowers were not delivered on 22nd and in fact not delivered at all.
Well packaged, stunning flowers, I mean stunning. So pleased. Helpful video to assist with arranging so you get the most from the bouquet. Smell lovely too.
Every month I receive an absolute wonderful box of flowers from Freddie’s. A fabulous treat from my gorgeous daughter. I look forward to opening the box, arranging and then watching how the arrangement changes over days and weeks to reveal the blooms at their best. I currently have a few blooms left which were delivered over three weeks ago. Beautifully packed and all packaging is recyclable. If I were to buy flowers for myself they would always be Freddie’s.

I made my first order for our ten-year anniversary. After ten days I am still waiting the flowers. The funny thing is that there is no phone number or email or chat on their website. I will have to find other legal ways in order to recover my money. My ruined moment for missing the flowers on our tenth anniversary has no price! Order #10491799 from 12/10/2024
Have not arrived yet and I ordered on 14 Octo er for a birthday on 20th October! Not impressed at all - and no communication.
The flowers arrived fresh packed well and on time. My daughter who they were sent to loved them.
It's a real shame because the flowers are lovely but I live in central London and they now say I have to be willing to take delivery of the flowers at 6am (there's no safe place they can be left). I'm an early bird but that's just ridiculous.So having been a loyal customer since they started I guess I have to cancel and find an alternative. Such a shame. So beware if you are in a similar situation.
