I ordered flowers as a gift for a special birthday. The flowers arrived a day late because of an issue with the courier. Freddie’s Flowers very kindly organised for a replacement box of flowers in addition to a refund.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, bursting with vibrancy and charm. I love receiving my box as it’s a surprise what’s inside. Flowers are exceptional and with unusual flowers mixed in. Not only do they look stunning they last a long time, giving me more time to enjoy them

I’ve been buying flowers monthly from Freddie’s for my Mum and Wife for a couple of years now. They are always exceptional. From the look and feel of the recyclable packaging to the wonderfully different arrangements you can appreciate how much time and effort goes into each delivery. I love the happiness they bring to my loved ones. Get some Freddie’s into the lives of your loved ones too!

Terrible. Will not leave you alone, even years after making a one off purchase, and then telling them to remove you from mailing / marketing lists. Repeat outbound calls are not a good look and scream 'something wrong with the business'. Would avoid at all costs

All of our past delivery’s have been ok, the last delivery the pink roses were half dead already, this delivery we basically just have a bush, there’s pink flowers supposed to be in the box but haven’t got any pink flowers.. the instructions for this delivery are useless & my wife is struggling to understand them. I pay for the show stoppers and these are rubbish. Now downgrading to a normal set of flowers each week. If I have another bad box I will be cancelling my subscription & using a different flower service.

Have been with the company 2 years now. Sometimes I don't think there is value for money but the flowers are so fresh and I love the tuition of what they are and suggestions of arranging them.

Awful delivery…. There is no name and address in the box…. In many occasions when I got it the flowers did not bloom…

As always the flowers arrived when expected. They were super fresh and beautiful. As normal there were some unusual species of flowers all blending in well. They are lasting well and looking better as the days go by.

This month's delivery was stunning and have been glorious - still looking good after 2.5 weeks! Sadly September's were a big disappointment. The irises had dried out. Roses didn't last beyond a few days (my other bouquets, as was my birthday, lasted well over 2 weeks). The branch of greenery left most of its leaves in the box and the other branch dropped its leaves very quickly too. I took photos of the sad display but never got round to emailing Freddies Flowers to complain.

The last couple of deliveries have not been as good as some of the ones in the past which has been slightly disappointing. I have however sent gifts to friends and they have been happy .

The flowers are always of the highest quality, really beautiful and last well over a week looking really good, longer if reduced and cut down. The flower colours always look good together. My box gets picked up and presumably reused, which I like too. Well done Freddie and team!

Scammy company. I originally stopped using them as the flowers were not worth the money (too much foliage & not enough flowers), I felt the flowers were not worth the money and I kept skipping deliveries but if I forgot one week I’d end up with flowers I didn’t want. So it was an expensive mistake to sign up. Eventually I think I must have skipped enough so the deliveries stopped and I thought I was safe. I Fell for a marketing call a few months ago telling me their customer numbers were reducing and they had relaunched the service with improvements in order to regain customers. They assured me they’d changed and it was easier to cancel / skip deliveries and under the promise of a new vase I decided to trial their new service. Biggest mistake of my life. I am back in the position where the flowers are not worth the money and as it is impossible to cancel without contacting them and have a battle I skipped as many deliveries as I physically could as it worked last time. Unfortunately life got in the way and it slipped to the back of my mind so imagine my surprise when Freddie’s flowers tried to take money from me MONTHS since I received my last delivery from them. I contacted customer services right away and said I wanted my account cancelling and I do not want these flowers. I explained that I had been opted back in for a delivery without my knowledge or consent and then they decided to take money from me without my knowledge or consent. The way this business operates is so incredibly sneaky. It’s very obvious as to why the customer numbers are dwindling - it’s the extortionate costs and deceitful business practices. It almost feels as if they are running short of cash so just opt people back in without their knowledge or consent as a way of getting money from them. I have been battling with customer services for 5 days now. The customer service is absolutely shocking. They refuse to acknowledge what they’ve done is sneaky and that I did not consent or authorise the payment or being opted back in for deliveries. They are more focused on stealing money from me. I am happy to send the flowers back to you but I am not paying for them. I have contacted my bank who have marked the attempted transactions as fraudulent and as a result my card has been cancelled. I have already warned my family & friends of how deceitful this business is. Please do not give them your money, it is so hard to break free from them. So many local florists (who have more ethical business practices) now are doing flower subscriptions for cheaper may I add! Avoid like the plague!
