Cancelled on 2nd October and the company continued to charge my card after cancellation. No customer service response. Avoid. Easy to sign up, but not so quick to let you cancel.
I specifically bought these flowers as a birthday gift because they were advertised as letterbox size and I knew the recipient was not going to be home. They could have easily fit through the letterbox but DPD dumped them on the doorstep in full view on a busy street and sent me a photo. Consequently, when the recipient got home the flowers were long gone. Not much of a birthday treat. I would like to let people know that following my poor experience Freddie’s Flowers have refunded me and offered an upgraded bouquet. They are obviously a good company with excellent customer service who were badly let down by their delivery partner.

I was lucky to have been sent a lovely big bouquet of flowers (not sure the name of it) from Freddie's Flowers recently - my first time for this company. They were beautiful, and despite neglect from me (I couldn't lift the vase to change the water due to surgery I'd had!) they lasted very well - some stems are still going strong more than 2 weeks later. I liked the guidance provided in the box on how to arrange them to maximum effect!
Freddie Flowers is a great florist. I have received beautiful, fresh flowers from Freddie’s before. I recommend Freddie’s for all to try.
Good flowers but ordered for a birthday and arrived a day late. They responded very quickly and offered a partial refund.
Flowers not delivered on scheduled day, despite paying extra for next day delivery. Customer service team very unhelpful. Avoid.

I was a client of Freddie's Flowers some years back but canceled due to constant delivery issues and the hassle of canceling—it requires calling them, which is frustrating enough. About three weeks ago, I was contacted by phone and asked to give them another chance. They assured me the company had changed and offered a free bouquet and 40% off my next delivery. Reluctantly, I agreed, with the first delivery set for November 18th. To my dismay, I noticed money had been deducted from my account—despite never having set up a direct debit or saving any card details under my account. I should not have been charged at all. I emailed to cancel immediately but received no response. I called their customer service, and they assured me it was canceled, but I still haven’t received any confirmation. To make matters worse, the flowers’ status shows "delivered," yet my husband and I have been home all day, and no one came. We even checked our Ring doorbell and cameras—no sign of a delivery. This company is still as shady as ever. Avoid them at all costs! DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
Impossible to cancel, email requests are ignored, the only phone contact is the restart team who say they can’t transfer calls to Customer Sevice, but would get them to call me, guess what... You can’t cancel payments because the system needs a default payment set up. Been on hold to FF for last 15 mins only to have a recorded message the person has hung up. Someone get me out of this subscription please!! It’s like the bad old days of mobile phone contracts. SO FRUSTRATING.

Didn’t arrive on the required day, or the next day, so I chased and it was sent the day after. Apparently a system glitch, but not much in the way of apologies or trying to make it right.
Received some flowers and they looks lovely, the roses when they arrived did not look as great as I would expect for the £55 price but thought follow the instructions and see if they turn out OK. But followed the instructions and within 2 days they had gone shocking. Emailed customer service with photos explained that i felt disappointed as they should last longer. But no reply, I feel very disappointed and not sure if I would use them again as my £3.50 M&S roses are still looking amazing 8 days from getting them. I feel shocked as not reply not a sorry nothing.
Yes, the flowers are beautiful; yes the people on the phone are lovely BUT, for the last six orders no flowers have been delivered and I have still been charged. Their system does not pick this up so it is up to the customer to ring them and alert them. Every time I have rung I have been given a different excuse. Every time I have been promised that it will be sorted out. So yet again this week it has not been sorted out. Either they cannot be bothered or its a deliberate policy of charging and not delivering.

I have been having Freddie’s Flowers for a good while now and I absolutely love them I do look forward to receiving them following the arranging information so they always look stunning on my table They last for ages and I always get compliments about them Easy to stop when you are away then start again when you return It is lovely having fresh flowers in my house all the time Thank you for providing that for me 💐
I have been purchasing flowers for a couple of years from Freddies, the customer service has always been superb, by email and phone, always super responsive and resolve any issues quickly. Have also putchased bouquets for friends and colleagues, and they have loved the flowers

The flowers were so beautiful. So bespoke and unique, nothing like the supermarket. They really put a smile on my friends face. Thank you.
