Aug 01,2024This is the first time I've used Freddie's Flowers and I was disappointed that the flowers I ordered for a birthday on the 27th arrived a day late, and I've not had any explanation from Freddie's Flowers as to why. I also didn't get an email to say that they be delivered late. I did think it odd that I didn't get a confirmation email to say that the flowers had been delivered, but because it was my first time using them I didn't know what to expect. In the end the flowers were delivered the following day but because the recipient wasn't at home they were left lying on the doorstep. I've emailed Freddie's Flowers to give feedback and ask for an explanation but no response so far.... Having said all this, the recipient was really pleased with the flowers albeit they were received a day late.

Aug 01,2024Can be a bit hit and miss, not entirely convinced yet that it's worth the money. My latest bunch had the promise of being stunning. However, it contained snapdragons and Lillies. The snapdragons were open on receipt, the Lillies weren't. The snapdragons wilted after 3 days, before the lillies even opened and are now in the compost. I am left with some beautiful lillies but not £30 worth. Have skipped my next few deliveries until I decide whether to cancel or not.

Jul 30,2024My mum was sent flowers twice from this company and neither time did a card come with the flowers. My mum contacted them, knowing they wouldn’t be able to give out customer details due to GDPR but hoped they could re-issue the card or contact the customer on her behalf. They weren’t helpful in doing either and actually caused my mum more anxiety while she was grieving as she was worried about not being able to thank the people who had sent them.

Jul 29,2024I’ve been ordering from Freddie's Flowers for several months, but unfortunately, I can count on one hand how many times they were actually delivered to my doorstep. Parcels have been left on the pavement or outside another building with no label, making it difficult to find them, especially if you live in a flat. To make matters worse, the delivery notifications arrive late—often an hour after the flowers have been left outside. Despite being home at all times, I’ve had my parcels stolen three times. My neighbors have reported similar issues, and due to these recurring problems, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription today.

Jul 27,2024My last review wasn’t published as I failed to respond to a request for confirmation about my authenticity within the required timeframe. Presumably because the review wasn’t wholly positive. I’ve not had a TP review refused when it’s been positive. All I will add is that if Freddie’s had a comment section on their website, I wouldn’t have had to write a review at all.

UPDATE- from looking at reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence. Such a shame as flowers are great but why offer the option to include a card and then not do so?
