Aug 10,2024I received a box of Freddie's flowers from a friend after my first grandchild was born. I have to say these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. I have had them a week and they still look fresh. Beautiful roses, and other flowers which I have never seen before. Stunning. Will be using myself when I want to send flowers.

Aug 10,2024Ordered a showstopper bunch for my parents diamond wedding anniversary - they looked exactly as promised, a big bunch of beautiful fresh flowers. Will definitely use again, have had a string of disappointing experiences with other florists but am delighted with these.

Aug 09,2024This is the perfect flower company, the flowers arrived fresh, undamaged and with instructions on how to arrange them to achieve a beautiful display. I have previously had flowers from here and they were highly scented and lasted over 3 weeks. Would not go anywhere else now.

Aug 08,2024I've cancelled 2-3 times now and asked for my account to be completely suspended. No deliveries, no account, nothing. Somehow months later I'm getting an email to say I'm expecting a delivery and you're taking money from my account! This isn't on. Then when you go to contact them, the get in touch button doesn't even work, forcing you to call! What if someone wasn't able to call due to a disability? Somehow feels like taking advantage of disabilities. You can't even remove your card details either to stop any money going out or deliveries finalising, so essentially classed as theft when you're taking money and forcing a service on someone that doesn't want it.

Aug 08,2024Had flowers from Freddie's Flowers off and on over the past few years. The flowers last for nearly two weeks and the selection is varied and very good. The information contained with the flowers is very interesting and there is advice on how to display the flowers. The vases are lovely, plus you can pick and choose when to receive the flower bunches. I would recommend Freddie's Flowers.

Aug 07,2024The flowers were delivered on time and were in bud and have lasted more than a week. The flowers were delivered during a hot spell and were wrapped in protective foil so as to prevent them from wilting. Appreciate the re-usable/recyclable packaging.

Aug 06,2024Freddie’s Flowers customer service was excellent. They let me down on a delivery, however, they have gone the extra mile to rectify it. The flowers arrived on time, as arranged, and the quality was fantastic! I will definitely be ordering again and will be ordering as gifts too. Thank you FF

The flowers in my most recent box are still going sto g 8 days after delivery!! It's also great for learning more about flowers and introduces me to flowers I wouldn't usually choose. I love Freddies Flowers!
