Jan 22,2025This months flowers didn't last even a week, so I complained and was told I would be receiving a replacement bunch. meanwhile I had paid for a bunch to be sent to my friend in Somerset for her 60th birthday. They we really bad as well, but my friend didn't want to tell me and phoned FF's instead and you were going to send a replacement bunch to her, so the bunch that was meant to come for me last Sunday went to them and they had gone away for the weekend, so laid on their doorstep , and I was told mine had been delivered to me when they hadn't. We stayed in that Sunday morning to receive them and walked up and down my road looking for them when they said they had been delivered After many emails explaining all this I have just received exactly the same bunch from a few weeks ago and the cream roses look like they wont last a week, again! I will not be using you to send other people any because I just cant trust they are up to standard anymore. I have been having F'F for years but the quality just doesn't last very long lately.

Jan 22,2025I was very impressed when I received a box of Freddie's Flowers through my letter box. The flowers were fresh, well packed and lasted well once arranged. The enclosed leaflet helped me with display and care. It was the best give. I Love having fresh flowers in the house. I was so impressed I sent some of my own as a gift.

Jan 22,2025Since subscribing to Freddie’s flowers I have been thrilled with the wonderful bouquets I have received. They are so beautiful I have just had to purchase extra bouquets for my loved ones. On the occasions where I have had a problem, they have responded extremely quickly and have resolved any issues. I genuinely look forward to flower delivery day and look forward to putting the display together. Then spending the following weeks enjoying the long lasting display.

Jan 22,2025Ordered for an elderly lady. Flowers were delivered efficiently as requested. Within 3 days the arrangement was in full bloom and looked beautiful in the photo she sent me. They were even better than the picture on the web site. I think they were excellent value for money especially as postage was included. I will certainly use Freddie’s Flowers again

They were a gift for my Sister-in-law, so we put her contact details on the form, so that she would be aware that they were on their way, but it would have been nice if we too (as the purchasers) had also been informed when they had been delivered

Jan 21,2025I can only say that after being disappointed with the first bouquet sent to my Mother, Freddie’s Flowers and Caitlin went above and beyond to put things right in the most amazing way. My mum received some new flowers today and they were superb! Thank you for taking our initial feedback so seriously and acting on it. The response was well above my expectation! Will definitely use them again.

Thank you to Freddies flowers for the prompt satisfactory response. I am reassured they are going to rectify the situation as the flower heads looked wonderful. Thank you for offering to organise something for Mum, that would be much appreciated. My Mum was gifted a box of Freddies flowers to celebrate her 90th birthday today, from a dear friend of mine. Unfortunately, as I began to start arranging, the 1st 3 roses were snapped quite high up the stem, I tried to sellotape them but they wouldn't hold. Each flower after that was also snapped in a similar place, some.of the lisianthus were already snapped and lose in the box. The box wasn't damaged in anyway.
