First order was great. Unfortunately my second was delivered to an incorrect address. I emailed Freddies on the email address provided letting them know this, however, unfortunately haven't received a response, it's been nearly a week now. Paid for something I didn't receive and was provided with shoddy customer service, won't be using this subscription service again. Edit: Had a call back today apologising for the late reply and offering a gift as a further apology. I was pleasantly surprised and the customer service provided by Caitlin during the call was excellent.
Used to really enjoy Freddie's flowers but the quality has deteriorated over the last couple of years. I used to get the standard bouquet and was really impressed with every single one, over time it feels like the volume/quality of flowers reduced so I upgraded to the showstopper version. I get it, everything is getting more expensive, but the worst thing is a few months ago I was opted in to the lily free version by one of their customer service reps. Prior to this I kept checking and made sure to skip every bouquet that contained them but I became too busy to watch my email for the sneak peak every time. The other week I received these anyway, only to be informed that this option cannot apply to the showstopper version. I can only throw them in the bin since they're toxic to pets. I tried to cancel my subscription by email and instead of doing so they now keep trying to call me without trying to make things right or even replying to me by email. Not happy about this, it's much easier to pressure someone over the phone and I rather just discuss/give my feedback by email. I have been honest about my experiences with them, in the past when I had a bad bouquet they gave me a voucher to get the next one free. But now I get lillies when I thought I wasn't supposed to and despite this being their mess up not telling me their secret rules before, I just get told that's how it is. Cool. If people ask to cancel please just do so, especially if it's because you aren't willing to address their concerns with the service in the first place.
I liked the welcome offer so I signed up, not something I would usually do to a subscription without lots of research. So I had a quick look here and saw 4.3/5 which I thought was strong enough. Waited a week for my delivery date and on that date just a vase came, two days later still no flowers. Emailed (via their system which is painful to find), which is another reason why 4 stars not 5, I could not find their contact details on the help pages for a long time). A full 24 hours later they did reply to say there was a processing order with my delivery, and they can see no flowers were sent to me. They arrived 2 days later and I await them to flourish in their water and flower food.
*Updated* I was contacted by Caitlin from Freddie’s Flowers’ customer service. She kindly went above and beyond to resolve this issue. I now have renewed faith in this company, and perhaps DPD should have received my original 1 star review. Thank you Caitlin. I ordered flowers on 01.02.25 for delivery on 08.02.25 I received a message from DPD on the day they should have been delivered, which read; Due to unforeseen issues in your area, your delivery will be delayed for 24 hours. I was offered a replacement bouquet, which wouldn’t be delivered until 10.02.25 Well her birthday was on the 8th.
Utterly brilliant - ordered flowers at 5pm on a Saturday, to be delivered to my elderly mother the next day on a Sunday !

The flowers were fine, I subscribed for a while and then made the decision to stop. I have since been hounded with calls, for over a year. I have spoken to them multiple times and expressed that I am not interested but have not been left alone. I block one number and they call off of another. I would have purchased again had I wanted to but now will not as it is not worth the harassment.
The flowers are nice. Good instructions to arrange them too. But they often get here late in the evening, the courier gives me a one hour slot and keeps putting it back. This week the delivery time was put back but they did not arrive at all. When I queried it I was eventually sent a near black photo of the delivery by DPD. It was very dark and blurred and could have been any house on a new estate. I told them it was not our house as the porch light was on when they claimed to have delivered, it would not be dark. Also I have Ring footage of us going out before the supposed delivery and coming back after it. You can see the light on. There was no activity at our door in between. I am still waiting for a response and refund. Flowers lovely. Delivery and customer service very poor. What a shame. Update: We have been in contact and they have now resolved things in an exceptional way. Star rating now changed to reflect this. I am now pleased. As I said, their flowers are really good, I love them and their arrangement suggestions.
The image of the bouquet online and what I received is shocking. Complained to be told they send flowers in bud? Why would I order a nice looking bouquet of flowers, for them to arrive with only 3 flowers in bloom the rest in bud and all you can see is greenery… still awaiting a response to my complaint. Would never touch this company again. *I Have amended my review from 1 star to 4 after freddies’s flowers customer service reached out and went above and beyond to help remedy the situation. They also appreciate the feedback around it needs to say the flowers come in bud on the product pages themselves. Customer service can make or break or company and they’ve really shown how much they care so I will definitely use them again in the future.
It was easy to order. Good choice of flowers and the recipient was so pleased she sent me a photo to show how lovely they were - and that was before they had opened fully. Very pleased, would recommend.

I recently purchased a bunch of flowers as a thanks for a friend and they were not as expected still lovely but not what I had paid for. I complained and within hours I had a response from Freddie’s flowers, who looked into this for me. Confirmed it was an error on their part and sent me a bigger more elaborate bunch of flowers free of charge. Absolutely would use again, they look after you if there are any errors or issues. Which is flawless given how many companies try to avoid rectifying issues at their expense. Fantastic job

Receiving my box of Freddie's Flowers is often the highlight of my week! The flowers arrive so carefully packaged and they last for ages (sometimes 2-3 weeks)! They're easy to arrange and always look incredible. Thanks Freddie!
Bought subscription as a gift for my daughter a couple of years ago and can honestly say it has proved to be the most rewarding gift ever. Always stunning flowers, useful tips on their arrangement and control over times when delivery could not be made. Definitely 5 stars well deserved.

I’ve ordered 5 bouquets as gifts over the Christmas season and each delivery has been efficiently handled and each bunch of flowers has been greatly appreciated and enjoyed for their combinations and quality. Thank you Freddie, I’m looking forward to my next delivery in February.

Feb 11,2025The flowers are always new and exciting, always a joy. The arranging instructions are clear and easy to follow, and especially like the gentle humour you drop in now and then. I feel in complete control of when I receive the flowers, therefore making the most of every delivery. The biggest feature is the length of time they last, quite amazing.
